Need Prayers My Friends

My sweet niece, Tammy, lost her husband yesterday evening. He was struck while riding his bike by a truck who didn't see him. He was airlifted to the hospital but nothing could be done for him. He was 42 years old, I think. His birthday was Tuesday, March 29th. It is tragic to die so young and so soon after your birthday. I would appreciate your prayers, my friends. Thanks for your support.

[img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img] Hi gang...My family is doing pretty well considering. Tammy and her girls are quite devastated. I talked to her yesterday and her voice sounds so weak and downcast. She received his death certificate yesterday. That is hard. I made a mistake about Bill's age. He was 45. He was cremated on April 4th. The service was on the 5th and I didn't get to attend. Tammy and her girls are going to pick a time when they can go out on a boat on the ocean and release the ashes there. Bill's parents got some of them to take back to Kansas with them. Thanks for your good thoughts and prayers, everyone. It means a lot.

Just thought you might like to know, my friends, that the man who struck and killed my niece's husband Bill was a drunk driver. He has been arrested and charged with vehicle manslaughter. The ironic part to this is that her big brother Bobby was killed by a drunk driver in 1982. Unbelievable. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, everyone.
